The SAHGYO Vision
- Goal: Build a local teacher pipeline so students can train and teach where they live.
- What students do: Start with Early College courses → earn an AST (Associate in Science in Teaching) → complete a B.Ed with UH partners; cohort mentoring throughout.
- Outcomes: College credits in high school, hands‑on classroom experience, clearer path to licensure, and momentum to return and serve local schools.
