Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment
Completion of a Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment (CLNA) is required by the Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act, also known as Perkins V. To maintain compliance, a CLNA must be completed every two years by each HIDOE high school and UHCC campus. The documents below are provided as templates for eligible recipients’ use to conduct their individual assessment.
